• We do not provide credit, investment, or cryptocurrency exchange services.

3. Customer Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must complete KYC verification, including identity and address verification.
• We may refuse service if your details do not comply with regulatory requirements.

4. Transaction Limits and Fees

• Transaction limits are subject to CBN regulations.
• Fees for transactions will be disclosed before processing and may vary based on the transfer amount, destination, and payment method.
• Exchange rates are subject to fluctuations and will be provided at the time of the transaction.

5. Compliance and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policies

11. Dispute Resolution

• Disputes must first be reported to our customer service team for resolution.
